Mesquite Bean - Ku'i Wihog

We would like to give a big thanks to the San Xavier Co-op Farm located in Wa:k Ceksan for hosting a ku'i wihog harvesting workshop last month! It was an awesome learning experience. We wanted to highlight the mesquite as part of our Desert Foodways Series. We hope you get a chance to harvest mesquite when it's in season!
